What You Will Be Doing
The Women’s Health Unit at Peninsula Health is looking to recruit RANZCOG Accredited Registrars (Basic Training) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join our team in 2026. Positions are designed to support basic training in the RANZCOG Fellowship of Obstetrics & Gynaecology pathway.
Our Obstetrics service provides care for around 3000 births per year with pregnancies of a range of complexities. We have a rapidly growing Gynaecology service, with great surgical training opportunities. We pride ourselves on a culture of support and mentoring, and a strong collaborative relationship with midwives, nurses, allied health and other specialty teams. Research and academic opportunities are available with onsite and tertiary affiliate support.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:

MBBS or equivalent
-
Current AHPRA General, limited or provisional registration as a Medical Practitioner

Australian O&G experience of minimum 5 years

Current accreditation with RANZCOG as a basic or advanced trainee; and/or provisional accreditation with RANZCOG to become an advanced trainee within 12 months

Doctors in Training (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
