What You Will Be Doing
The Clerical Administrator is responsible for general administration duties relating to the functions of the Radiology Department across all sites including Frankston Hospital and Frankston Public Surgical centre (FPSC). Ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information is maintained at all times. The role is multi-skilled, including patient registrations and liaising with internal/external stakeholders such as referring doctors. You will be required to provide general and operational support to all Medical Imaging stakeholders, with a primary focus on problem solving and patient registration management.
The role will carry out administrative functions (front & back of house) to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and ensure positive experiences through excellent service at all times.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, effective organisational and time management skills
- A demonstrated ability to multi task, show initiative, improve systems and processes
- Knowledge of medical/radiology terminology (desirable)

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
