The Team & Role
Join the Radiology Department supporting services across Frankston Hospital and the Frankston Public Surgical Centre. This multi-skilled role provides essential clerical and operational support, including patient registrations, bookings, and handling enquiries via phone and face-to-face.
You’ll work closely with radiographers and a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery. With a strong focus on customer service, confidentiality, and organisation, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and enjoys delivering positive patient experiences.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Effective organisational and time management skills
  • A demonstrated ability to multi task, show initiative, improve systems and processes
  • Excellent keyboard skills (experience in using Microsoft Office and other web based programs)

Desirable 

  • Administration experience in an acute healthcare setting
  • Previous experience in an outpatient or patient reception setting in the health sector
  • Knowledge of medical/radiology terminology
