What You Will Be Doing
The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) at Peninsula Health is seeking a Recruitment and Credentialing Coordinator. This role involves medical workforce planning, recruitment, credentialing, contracting, and on-boarding of medical staff. Coordinators will support seamless medical employment processes and ensure adequate staffing for safe and effective service delivery. They will work under the guidance of Managers and the Director MWU.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Demonstrated recruitment experience
- Working knowledge of the Medical Enterprise Agreements
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service with well developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Business administration or other relevant health qualification (desirable)

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
