- Registered Nurse (AOD) Reset Life
- Part Time Opportunity (60.8 hours per fortnight)
- Limited Term Monday – Friday role until 30 June 2026
- Classification: Registered Nurse Grade 3B Y1*
On 1 January 2026 five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health. A newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives. The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

What You Will Be Doing
This position sits within Peninsula Health’s Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Program and is based at the Tarnbuk Centre. This role provides services across Peninsula Health’s catchment of the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula. This position involves supporting clients with complex AOD concerns who are participants of the Reset Life Program.
The Reset Life Program is an Intensive Outpatient AOD Program comprising of a Key Supervisor, Primary Therapists, Lived Experience Workers, Family Support Worker and GP.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Registration with AHRPRA as a Registered Nurse
- The Alcohol and Other Drug Skill set - Core Competencies (or working toward):
- CHCAOD001 Work in an alcohol and other drugs context
- CHCAOD004 Assess needs of clients with alcohol and other drugs issues
- CHCCAOD006 Provide interventions for people with alcohol and other drugs issues
- CHCAOD009 Develop and review individual alcohol and other drugs treatment plans
- Demonstrated experience in delivering mental health interventions.
- Demonstrated experience in issues relating to AOD use.

*Please refer to Nurses And Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single Interest Employer Agreement 2024-2028 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
