The Team & Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our collaborative team in our Specialty Medicine - Renal, and Acute Care of the Elderly Ward at Peninsula University Hospital, Frankston.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality care within the multidisciplinary team, working within your scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence based person centred care in line with Peninsula Health's values. We have permanent part time and full time roles available.
Skills and Experience Required
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience
Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumer
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
Availability to work across a 7 day rotating roster
