The Team & Role
The Registered Psychiatric Nurse works under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager and Associate Nurse Unit Manager. In conjunction with the multidisciplinary staff, the Registered Psychiatric Nurse provides recovery orientated care to inpatient consumers of the service and their families, carers and supporters. In order to achieve their position outcomes the Registered Psychiatric Nurse will develop effective partnerships with all staff including medical, nursing and allied health staff.

Skills & Experience Required
- Registered Nurse with current condition- free AHPRA registration
- Professional nursing qualification including post graduate qualification in mental health
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers
- Ability to work as part of a multi- disciplinary team
