What You Will Be Doing   

We are looking for a Senior Privacy Information Release Clerk who will take on a key role in managing the release of information, following Peninsula Health’s policies and procedures. In this position, you'll bring your knowledge of Freedom of Information (FOI)  to make key decisions in the release of information. As the FOI decision maker for the organisation you'll also have the opportunity to share your specialist knowledge with fellow Privacy and Information Release Clerks, helping to enhance the team's expertise. If you are ready to bring your skill to the next level and play a pivotal role in privacy and information, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You Need  

We anticipate you will have:  

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills including excellent telephone manner

  •  Experience in the information release

  • A good understanding of the Freedom of Information Ace 1982 (Vic)

  •  A good understanding of the Freedom of Information professional standards

  • Experience in a healthcare facility (desirable)

*Please refer to 'Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 )' salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
