What You Will Be Doing  
This Senior Speech Pathology role, as part of At Home Subacute, will deliver care to patients requiring rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation and management and palliative care in the home and community. Care will be delivered flexibly, and include a combination of home visits, clinic visits, group therapy and telehealth consultations. What You Need 
We anticipate you will have: 
•  Eligible for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia
• Extensive experience in, and the ability to competently perform high quality speech pathology assessment, treatment and patient management, including thorough and appropriate discharge planning. 
•    Ability to provide effective leadership within a multidisciplinary setting including clinical practice and operational performance
•    Demonstrated commitment to continuous and innovative improvement and service coordination through quality and research activities
•    Experience with the supervision of speech pathology staff and students 
•    Demonstrated ability to constructively communicate concerns and issues - and to identify, and propose practical solutions to problems.
•    Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and manage competing demands.
•    Current Driver’s Licence

*Please refer to Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026  for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
