The Team & Role 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Speech Pathologist to join the Peninsula Care Group Speech Pathology team. The Speech Pathology Clinical Educator plays a vital role in developing and enhancing the Speech Pathology workforce, fostering a culture of clinical learning and best practice across the continuum of care. This position is responsible for collaboratively identifying education and training needs, as well as designing, implementing, and evaluating high‑quality educational programs that support the career growth of Speech Pathologists at all levels. The educator will work closely with clinical teams, stakeholders, and the leadership group to ensure education initiatives align with organisational goals and adhere to best practice and evidence‑based approaches. The educator will also work with, and be professionally accountable to, the Allied Health Education Leads to ensure education frameworks and clinical education activities align with agreed professional education priorities across Bayside Health.

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Eligible for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering clinical education
  • Demonstrated experience in a range of clinical settings
  • Additional qualifications or training relevant to education are highly desirable (desirable)
