  • Classification: Grade 3 Level 1 - 5* (HS3) plus super

The Team & Role 

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our fun, friendly and supportive team. 
 
This is a hands on Talent Acquisition role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with managers and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and confident working in a decentralised recruitment environment, where success depends on strong relationships with managers and the ability to manage competing priorities. This role involves substantial administrative and systems based work, advanced computer literacy and accuracy skills are essential. You will also play a key role in onboarding large volumes of staff, while supporting compliance requirements and ensuring timely commencement for new starters.

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • Sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to establish priorities to meet 
    conflicting deadlines
  • Role model Peninsula Care Group values and behaviours
  • Hold, or working towards, tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
