What You Will Be Doing   

We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with proactive instincts to join our team. In this important role, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities while providing support and expert advice to managers and staff in line with policy, legislation, and best practice.

What You Need  

We anticipate you will have:  

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to 
  communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
• High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to establish priorities 
  to meet conflicting deadlines.
• Health Industry Experience (desirable)

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
