What You Will Be Doing  

The Ward Clerk is responsible for presenting a professional, welcoming and informative reception to patients and visitors within the unit. Additionally they provide efficient and effective general clerical support for ward staff respecting confidentiality at all times. This vacancy is to join the casual ward clerk bank.

What You Need 
We anticipate you will have:
•    Previous experience as a ward clerk/administration within healthcare
•    High level computer skills, including experience using iPM
•    Sets personal standards of excellence and measures and delivers outcomes in a timely manner 
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Demonstrated competency in medical terminology (desirable)
