Looking for Grade 1 or new graduate podiatrist to join a dynamic podiatry team. There may be scope for recruitment to a pre-qualification Allied Health Assistant role depending on availability of candidate.

What You Will Be Doing

The position delivers a high quality evidence based podiatry service to a broad range of clients. The podiatrist works as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team. The position is responsible for delivering client centred assessments and care plans and provides a flexible treatment approach with a strong emphasis on self-management and outcome evaluation. 

The Grade One Podiatrist position is rotational across the continuum of care, offering rotations in High Risk Foot Clinic, Acute, Subacute, Residential, Community Health and Paediatrics. In the instance where a Podiatrist has yet to graduate, they may be offered a role as an Allied Health Assistant whilst awaiting achievement of their degree and Podiatry registration. This would be at the discretion of the management team.

What You Need 

· Registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia 
· Tertiary qualification in Podiatry 
· Current drivers licence 
· Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, be self-motivated and be autonomous in service delivery 
· Ability to be self-motivated and ability to work independently 
· Hold or be willing to apply for Working with Children’s Check

*Please refer to salary circular for Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
