What You Will Be Doing
The FHR Transition - IT Service Delivery Manager is a key role that works across both the Peninsula Health (PH) business as usual (BAU) IT Operations, and Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (FHR) ICT Teams. The role manages the transition and commissioning functions of the Information Technology (IT) Service Delivery team, as they move into the shared public private partnership (PPP) model being delivered with the FHR. From the point of commercial acceptance of the FHR, the PPP IT service delivery model will enable the delivery of a high quality service, (including engagement, support, and communication) to Peninsula Health users and consumers. What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Extensive Service Delivery Management experience including Problem, Change and Incident
Management. - Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
- Excellent Leadership and People Management skills.
- Extensive Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills.
- Expert communication skills – written, verbal and online.
- Extensive Vendor Management experience.
