What You Will Be Doing  

This position is responsible for ensuring timely referral management and responsive contact with clients connecting them with the most appropriate service, as per client needs and the Peninsula Health Service guide criteria. There are two part time vacancies - one for 16 hours a week and one for 20 hours a week. What You Need 
We anticipate you will have: 
•   A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant relevant experience in the health or community services sector
•   Current AHPRA registration if you practice as a Registered Nurse
•   Advanced interviewing and engagement skills
•   Sound knowledge of relevant health and community services
•   Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
•   Demonstrates advanced computer and keyboard skills
•   Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
•   Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

*Please refer to  Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 OR Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single Interest Employer Agreement 2024-2028  for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
