The Team & Role
The Learning & Development Advisor role sits within the People, Culture & Governance Team and is responsible for the provision, facilitation and tailored implementation of learning programs, professional development and career assessment services for target groups and individuals. Key duties include: designing and developing learning programs; using training packages and accredited courses to meet employee needs; planning, organising and delivering group and individual-based learning; coordinating and facilitating learning in the workplace; creating, implementing and managing assessment activities and processes and promoting career resources and conducting career conversations.

Skills & Experience Required
- TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current experience in designing and delivering training
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
