The Team & Role
The Medical Education Officer plays a key role in supporting the education, training, supervision, and wellbeing of prevocational doctors, including Interns, PGY2+ and HMOs, across Bayside Health, Peninsula Care Group. Working within the Medical Education Unit, the MEO contributes to the delivery of high‑quality, accredited training programs aligned with PMCV and National Framework standards. The role includes collaborative work with senior clinicians and the Director of Clinical Training, with opportunities to lead designated education portfolios such as simulation, wellbeing, accreditation, orientation, or clinical skills development.

Skills & Experience Required
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional with AHPRA registration
- Experience in education and training
- Experience in program or project development, coordination, delivery and evaluation
- Postgraduate qualification in Health Professional Education. (desirable)
- Experience in simulation-based education or clinical skills training. (desirable)
- Familiarity with PMCV processes and NFPMT standards. (desirable)
