What You Will Be Doing 

The Successful applicant will become an integral part of the Flinders Ward Team at The Mornington Centre. They will demonstrate high level nursing experience, effective leadership skills and management experience.


Position Description


What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Management experience as ANUM or CNS at a relieving role as a minimum
  • Recent Acute nursing experience in either Medical, Rehabilitation, Acute Care of the Elderly
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to assess and respond to signs of the “deteriorating patient.”
  • Identifies and understands the long-term impact of particular courses of action on the organisation’s objectives
  • Experience in a leadership or management role
  • Working towards or having completed a postgraduate qualification in health management.

* Nurses And Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single Interest Employer Agreement 2024-2028. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
