The Team & Role 

Discover a rewarding career in our 30 bed Geriatric Evaluation and Management Unit (Sorrento Ward) located at the Mornington Cenre in Mornington. Working within our diverse and collaborative team you will deliver the highest quality care with the focus to promote independence and assist patients to maximise their abilities and plan for the future.

There is 2 limited term part time options; working 72 hours per fortnight until September 2027 or 64 hours per fortnight until March 2027.

Skills & Experience Required 

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration

Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience 

Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams 

Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers 

Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
