Working within our diverse and collaborative team, you will deliver the highest quality of care to patients with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions, including cognitive impairement and dementia,
This is a fixed term part time role working 40 hours per fortnight until June 2027.

Skills & Experience Required
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience
Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
