The Team Leader, in conjunction with the Team Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist, are responsible for the provision of high quality clinical leadership, monitoring and evaluation of clinical services to clients, their families and carers. The Team Leader in conjunction with the Team Manager is responsible for ensuring operational outcomes in relation to financial and human resource management, operational targets and key performance indicators.

What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula Health's Mental Health Service is expanding, and we're looking for a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our team! The Mornington Adult Case Management Team needs an innovative and energetic member to provide timely and responsive mental health assessment and treatment to our clients. As a clinician, you'll work competently within your scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence-based person-centered care to achieve optimal health outcomes. What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Registered Nurse with post grad in MH, Occupation Therapist, Psychologist; with AHPRA registration or a Qualified Social Worker
• Extensive experience in the Mental Health field including inpatient services and/or community mental health care.
• A current Victorian drivers licence

*Please refer to salary circular for VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience. It is strongly recommended that this role is up to date with Covid-19 vaccination.
