The Team & Role
This is a varied and impactful Occupational Therapist role, managing a diverse caseload and delivering person-centred, occupation-based care. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll make confident clinical decisions and contribute to safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
You’ll also play a key leadership role, supervising junior staff and students, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and supporting service development. It’s an excellent opportunity to strengthen both your clinical expertise and leadership capability in a collaborative environment.

Skills & Experience Required
- Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (via AHPRA).
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
- High level skills in assessment of occupational performance considering physical, cognitive and psychosocial aspects of the person and their environment and determine appropriate intervention and discharge planning for the setting.
- Demonstrated competence in home assessments and recommendations for equipment and basic home modifications.
