The Team & Role
Join the Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) delivering flexible, evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitation across the Peninsula. This role supports individuals with diverse conditions, including neurological presentations, through a mix of home visits, centre-based care, group therapy, and telehealth.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll focus on client-centred goal setting, timely discharge planning, and optimal patient outcomes. You’ll also contribute to clinical supervision, quality improvement, and service development. This is an ideal opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who values teamwork, adaptability, and delivering high-quality care in a community setting.

Skills & Experience Required
• Registration with the Occupational Therapy board of Australia (via AHPRA)
• Demonstrated experience with neurological and general rehabilitation.
• Able to competently perform Occupational Therapy in rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment and discharge planning
• Current Victorian drivers licence
• Experience in Occupational Therapy rehabilitation in a community setting (desirable)
