What You Will Be Doing  
The Medicine Operations Clerk works across the Medicine and Dialysis directorate to assist patient flow and ward operations as well as backfilling ward clerk and personal assistant leave. The Operations Clerk is responsible for presenting a professional, welcoming and informative reception service to patients and visitors within the units while respecting confidentiality at all times. Additionally the Operations Clerk provides efficient and effective general clerical support for ward staff and the Operations Director as required.

What You Need 
We anticipate you will have: 

  • Ward clerk experience in a healthcare setting

  • the ability to assess and prioritise workload appropriately

  • Working understanding of common software applications and email

  •  Attention to detail particularly related to data entry skills
