What You Will Be Doing
The opportunity exists from 17 November 2025 to 1 February 2026.
The Paediatric Registrar works in an inpatient environment within Children’s ward, SCN, WHU and ED as well as attending deliveries and theatre when required. The Registrar also works across a wide variety of clinics.
You would need to hold a current working visa
You would need to hold current AHPRA registration
It is accredited for Advanced Training – General Paediatrics with Perinatal Medicine.
This position is open to both continuing basic and advanced trainees. *Continuing Basic Trainees are those who have completed the time-based training requirements but have other requirements, such as examinations, to complete before progressing to Advanced Training.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Essential Criteria MBBS or equivalent
- Essential Criteria Accepted on the RACP BPT or AT in Paediatrics
- Essential Criteria General or provisional registration as a Medical Practitioner (General , Provisional, Level 3 supervision minimum)
- Essential Criteria Relevant experience in clinical management in Paediatrics and Neonates
- Desirable Criteria Teaching skills
