What You Will Be Doing
The Patient Services Assistant (PSA) Manager oversees PSAs across multiple sites, providing leadership and integrating operations specific to the PSA role. Supported by site-based supervisors, the manager ensures excellent service delivery in various clinical settings. This role includes managing PSAs (Permanent and Bank), Ward Support Team, PSA Supervisors, Allocators, and Coordinators. It serves as a crucial link between Nurse Unit Managers and PSA staff, handling leave, rostering, IR/HR issues, and training. The position is based at Frankston but may require work across all sites.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Experience in a healthcare setting and related recruitment
- Experience and knowledge of PSA processes in a healthcare environment
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
