- Located in Frankston but may be required to work across all sites

On 1st January 2026, five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health; a newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives. The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1st January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.
The Team & Role
The People Operations Advisor is part of the People and Culture Advisory Team and is responsible for being the first point of contact to provide accurate and timely generalist level policy and industrial instrument advice, support and administration to managers and employees. This position also supports the review of some people and culture policies and procedures and coordinates reporting and analytics.

Skills and Experience Required
- Tertiary qualification In Human Resources or related field, or demonstrated work towards completing this
- Demonstrated experience In an HR Advisor or similar position
- Demonstrated experience working In the Health Industry or Government, highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience working In a complex environment, highly desirable
