The Team & Role 

 

The Support Services Department oversees the PPP Operations team within a complex hospital environment.

 

Reporting to the Operator Manager PPP, the PPP Administration Officer provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role focuses on meeting coordination, record management, reporting, and supporting approvals, while contributing to compliance and informed decision-making across operational activities.

Skills & Experience Required 

 

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to acquire information with diplomacy, tact and discretion and to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels with respect and confidence. This includes excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders in providing expert contract management advice and compliance support.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated investigative and analytical skills including the ability to use MS Office Applications and electronic contract/asset management systems.
