What You Will Be Doing
This senior physiotherapy position is responsible for providing excellent evidence based Physiotherapy care. The senior clinician is responsible to ensure best practice standards within the Physiotherapy team are provided when working with a wide variety of conditions. This involves working closely with the At Home Subacute Allied Health Lead, to ensure optimal pathways from referral sources and Best Practice therapy across the physiotherapy team. The senior physiotherapist will deliver regular supervision to clinical staff, contribute to workforce planning and manage various operational aspects of At Home Subacute as required. This position will provide leadership and support to the broader multidisciplinary At Home Subacute team, under the guidance and direction of the Allied Health Lead, and alongside other senior allied health, nursing and medical staff

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Registration with the Physiotherapy board of Australia (via AHPRA)
• Extensive experience in Orthopaedic/Neurological/Geriatric Physiotherapy in sub acute or community care
• Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of physiotherapy and support staff
• Extensive experience with the supervision of students and junior Physiotherapists
• Current Victorian drivers licence.

*Please refer to Allied Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
