The Team & Role
The Site Administrator provides essential operational support across Community Health (CH) sites. The role works collaboratively with CH teams and other Peninsula Health programs to manage building maintenance, fleet, facilities issues, ordering/ maintaining supplies and invoicing.
The Site Administrator contributes to staff safety through coordination of site orientation, emergency response training, and timely completion of health and safety audits. They act as a senior on site administrative contact for staff, contractors, suppliers and visitors. Provide administrative assistance to the Manager, Site Director, scheduling stand up and WHS meetings. The position also oversees site signage and literature to ensure a professional environment, resolves local issues such as room bookings and equipment needs, and supports quality improvement.
The Site Administrator is also responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and leadership to Front of House Reception staff in order to maintain effective service delivery. This includes all aspects of administrative functions and for escalation of unresolved or significant issues affecting service delivery to the Client Services Team Leader.

Essential
- Ability to resolve day-to-day operational issues promptly and escalate appropriately when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable
- A relevant qualification and/or significant experience working in the health and/or community sector.
- Experience undertaking minutes.
- Experience and/or leadership skills that demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to managing people.
- Demonstrated experience assisting with quality improvement initiatives and supporting with the implementation of capital improvement activities/ staff relocations.
